Delete your CoachDrill account

You can permanently delete your account and associated application records from inside CoachDrill.

Delete from the app

1. Open CoachDrill and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Data and choose Delete all my data.
4. Review the warning, then choose Delete everything.

This deletes your Supabase authentication account and cascades deletion to associated CoachDrill application records, including your profile, meals, weight records, workouts, chat history and reports. Local meal-photo cache files associated with your account are removed from that device.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address connected to your CoachDrill account. Include the account email and write “CoachDrill account deletion request.” We may ask for limited information to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

What may remain temporarily

Rolling operational and AI logs may remain for up to 14 days before automated deletion. Limited backup and security records may take additional time to age out. Purchase and transaction records controlled by Google Play or RevenueCat follow those providers’ legal and technical retention requirements.
